At Elleme Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all signature hardware and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location; once received and quality-checked at our Paris atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
